Check the vehicle for damage before you start the rental. Take clear photos of the damage and report this to Hely via support@hely.com or via the app. Is the damage smaller than a bank card? You don't have to report small damage to Hely.

In case of damage or an accident during your ride, please inform Hely immediately. We hope, of course, that you and the other passengers are unharmed. Contact our customer support 085-0012126 and choose 1. Take pictures and send them to support@hely.com. We would also like to receive a photo of the damage and the license plate if possible.

Is it a mutual incident? Then complete a claim form together with the other driver. You can find the claim form in the glove compartment or online.
