To use Hely, a check is made on your bank account, driver's license and payment risk at your address via RentalCheck.

It might happen that you made a typo during the registration, then we will ask you to send the driver's license data again. It is also possible that we need to manual check your address by a proof of address. Then we will ask you to send a letter by e-mail.
