At a number of Hely hubs you need to park or store your vehicle on or in a closed area, building or garage.
Depending on the hub, this can be done through:
a button in the app (e.g. at de Werf and Zuidas)
a tag in the car (e.g. at Rachmaninoff and Gorter)
a tag from the property manager (e.g. at City Twin)
via an intercom (e.g. at de Werf)
If it still does not work, consult a caretaker (if present) or contact Hely.
