You are on the right hub with the right vehicle, but the app indicates that you are not in the right location. Try the following in this order until successful:

  1. check whether 'location services' are turned on on your smartphone

  2. Go to Google Maps or Apple maps and check if the location, the blue dot, is at the right hub location.

  3. turn off your WiFi and continue working on 4 or 5G

  4. no coverage via 4 or 5G? Restart your app

  5. turn your bluetooth off and on again

  6. close your app

  7. delete your app completely and download it again from Google Play Store or App Store

  8. no succes? Contact Hely.
