If your registration is rejected based on the Idin information you provided, the information known to your bank does not match the Hely information.

It is important that the information you provide always corresponds to reality. Did you just move? Then it may be that the bank has not updated your new address. If this information is known to the bank, you will be able to get through the registration without any problems.

Do you use an and/or account? It might be possible that the data of your partner is used and therefore not corresponds with the Hely data.

To complete your registration after a rejection, we need additional information from you and we will have to perform a manual check on your account.
