Contact our customer support 085-0012126 and choose 1. Take pictures and send them to support@hely.com. We would also like to receive a photo of the damage and the license plate if possible.

Is it a mutual incident? Then complete a claim form together with the other driver. You can find the claim form in the glove compartment or online.
