Get the charging card out of the console and scan the card at the charging station to end the charging session and to unplug the charging cable. Don't forget to put the charging cable in the trunk of the car for charging sessions on the road.
Is the charging cable stuck? Don't worry, just press unlock! You can find the unlock button in the Hely app. The car will now release the charging cable.
Is the charging cable stuck in the charging station? Hold the charge card against the pole for a few seconds. This way the charging process will end and the cable is released
Still unable to release the charging cable? You can find contact information on the side of the charging station. The charging station can be reset remotely by the charging company and the charging cable will be released.
