The Hely Volkswagen ID.3 pure is here!
The ID.3 is completely electric and is very spacious. It has 5 seats and has a large trunk. The ID.3 has a maximum range of more than 300 kilometers with a full battery. You can read more about the range of the car in the FAQ article The range of the ID.3.
The car is equipped with airconditioning, navigation, a wireless charging dock and four usb-c ports. It also has various assistance systems such as lane assist and traffic sign recognition that you can easily switch on and off. Would you like to know more about the assistance systems of the ID.3? STARTING The ID.3 does not have a key. You can open and close the car with the Hely app. Nice and easy! Press the brake and turn the gear knob to 'D' for drive or 'R' for reverse. The gear knob is located on the right behind the steering wheel. Enjoy the ride!
PARKING Do you want to park? You can find the 'P' park button on the outer end of the gear knob. Press this button to put the car in park. There is no handbrake, the car activates the brake automatically.
CHARGING To charge the ID.3 at the Hely hub or on the road you can use our chargingcard. You can find the chargingcard in the cardholder in the frontside of the console. When the light at the charging dock of the car lights up green, the car is charging successfully. Is the chargingcable stuck? Don't worry, just press unlock! You can find the unlock button in the Hely app. The car will now release the chargingcable.
EMERGENCY In the trunk underneath the floorboard you can find a first aid set and safety vests. The warning triangle is on the inside of the tailgate of the car. Always contact our Customer Support team in case of an emergency. You can reach us via 085 001 2126, we will help you!
